fourmortals is proud to have served more than 500 artists and 150+ agencies for over 20 years. Recently, at APAP 2024, we collaborated with 78 agencies representing 150+ artists; producing four showcase rooms for multiple independent showcase producers. All in all, that's more than 180 performances over 3 days - 54 hours of showcasing!
Over the years we are thrilled to have developed strategic showcasing partnerships with agencies including Amaz Entertainment, BiCoastal Productions, ECE Touring, Harmony Artists, Skyline Artists Agency, and Ultra Artists Group.
Showcase Production
In addition to our own showcase rooms, fourmortals is proud to provide production services, backline requirements analysis, and scheduling assistance to other producers. Recent partners include Harmony Artists, Riot Artists, Gail Boyd Artist Management, Sage Artists, and Robin Klinger Entertainment.
Our long lasting partnership with both ECE Touring, and Harmony Artists to produce the Mercury Ballroom at APAP has resulted in one of the most full-service and popular showcasing rooms of the last two decades. For large acts or those with unique or extensive technical requirements, it is often the only room that can accomodate their needs.
Special orders don't upset us; With a strong belief that no act is impossible to showcase, the fourmortals team including partners Katz Audio and Rockshow Lighting strive to make sure that even highly individualized technical requirements can usually be satisfied.
Organizational Partners
Each of us on the fourmortals team is 100% dedicated to ensuring your event is successful for both you and your target audience. Our goal is to exceed your expectations for every showcase we produce.

Crandall has been producing my Artists' showcases for 9 or 10 years now. I wouldn't trust my artists to anyone else. She is a consummate professional, very thorough, buttoned up, and she knows how to curate, promote, and produce the finest showcases. She and her crew know how to get the best sound out of hotel ballrooms - not an easy task. Her rooms run like clockwork... and the changeovers in between acts are really seamless. She also gets the best showcase rooms.
I can't praise her enough. Believe me, if you are planning on showcasing, you want to be in Crandall's room.

Robert BairdPast President, NAPAMA
In my 25+ years of doing showcases and festivals, I have never found a better production coordinator than Crandall Rogers. She puts the time, thought and energy into the event well in advance to make sure the artists and crew work together as seamlessly as possible on the day of show. Of course the unexpected can occur, and when that has happened on rare occasion, Crandall was able to immediately step in, assess the situation and remedy it, all-the-while communicating with artists and crew as to what was happening. She also truly cares about the artists she works with. She wants them to be seen in the best possible light and setting so their talents shine through. One cannot fake integrity, sincerity or simply go through the motions in these multiple-artist settings. One has to have a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and she has that in spades. She gives 150% all the time. She has my utmost respect and admiration and I truly wish I could clone her.
